Frank Allen, the sales rep for Ashley was very helpful and patient. There was a good selection of furniture. The bedroom set I bought was delivered and it is beautiful; delivery guys were kind and efficient.
I do not, as yet, have delivery of the living room tables I bought and a disappointment was that there was none in stock - so I bought from a picture. I expect all will be OK but I would have preferred to see them before I bought.
All in all a very good experience.
