The skinny little blonde was very rude and obviously she had no idea what she was doing! I think she was more set on turning us around than finding out what was actually allowed as far as documentation goes! We went right to Tyler with the same exact documents and got what we sought after! If a person doesn't like their job, especially if it deals with the public, then they should have the common courtesy of not putting the public through their miserable"company".
