Terrible service. I am standing in front of the young lady at the desk. After a 10 minute wait and after greeting me, she picks up a call and starts discussing phone models with a customer over the phone. I ask her if she pretends to take care of that customer first, after I have been standing there for over about 12 minutes by now ... yes is her answer ! I told her that was unacceptable and left. You need to think your policies through !!
