The whole process is great! All paperless! I have 6 units with them now and they have been great to work with. Amber and Demi have each worked with me helping me get the all discounts and finding me the right units close together as they came up. I will always use them even though other storage places are closer to my home. Their prices are very reasonable and the business is well kept and clean.
