Horrible Customer Service!!-I went to this salon to refill and change the color on tips of nails for prom coming up. I went in and they said i had to make an appointment since no one was available, so i told them no i can go somewhere else. As i left and started my car a lady runs out saying "we have someone". i return inside and pick out my color and they say that it's an ugly color and try to make me pick a different shade of that color, but i told them no i would like this color because it matches my prom dress. Then an appointment walks in after i'm set up and then ask me to wait after chasing me down in the parking lot. When somebody finally started working on my nails they used something that caused my finger to burn and the technique of this place was so sloppy compared to another establishment. After i finished they say it's $35 for a refill?? I was told $25 and unaware of a charge for changing the color i came in with. They tried to convince me to return to the salon for later services and thinking to myself "I will not return", I came home crying because of how terrible of an experience i had at this establishment. I will not be returning due to my experience today.
