I paid $25 to have a brand new dress absolutely ruined. It was a simple chiffon dress with a built-in Diamond neckline and the Diamonds were completely melted even though I told them make sure whatever you do don't use Heat and they did and they still charge me for it anyway. Also I had another chiffon dress with simple stains on them and they didn't even get those out. It just ruined the lining in that dress which I've had cleaned numerous times before at other places.
