A package that was for my husband’s birthday is yet to arrive. My tracking says that it was accepted at the post office almost 6 days ago and it was just “ received “ today after noon. The scheduled delivery date was yesterday and it never even went out for delivery today. I’ve tried calling 10 times and no one ever picks up the phone. Also, about 6 months ago they refused to deliver our mail and I had to drive 15 minutes with my toddler to wait in line for my mail all because our landlord hadn’t installed a mailbox. I informed the post office that I’m a stay at home mother and am always there to receive packages, but they refused to work with me. I’m quite frustrated.
