Kohl's Rosenberg

Customer service is horrible. Went looking for an item that their website says is in stock but couldn't find it in the store. The website even has it listed as an item you can purchase online for same day pickup. Asked Customer Service if they could look it up and was told she couldn't. Another employee passing by said everything was on the floor, but never stopped to help me find it or even look at the item I had pulled up on my phone. I left empty handed after driving 30 miles to purchase.
