I previously had a decent experience with Lupe although his shop is not good with time lines or keeping you in the loop/returning calls. The work was decent for the price. I decided to use him again a year later for my daughter's truck. we drove all the way to Kaufman as agreed on a previous phone conversation. he said he would call the next day with estimate. never called. i called him the next day. no answer. left voicemail and texted. no response or acknowledgement. done with Lupe and will take all my business to Gomez in Kaufman. family owned and operated. great communication and no time wasted.
