Jarrell's Nail & Hair Salon

Not cool, it's the only place in the area of the truck stop I'm staying at that says they cut hair, but when I walked in the lady said they don't cut hair anymore even though it says "hair" in multiple spots on there store. Very disappointed. Nothing else for miles and I'm in a full size 53' semi truck.
