I have been diagnosed with the flu. I am currently in Houston Texas. My script was called in yesterday around 3 p.m or earlier. It was confirmed cause I stayed there as Dr. Wallis called it in. I contacted the pharmacy around 7 ish that evening to see if it was ready and they didn’t have it. So instead of bugging the dr. I dealth with the sickness overnight and called back this morning as soon as they opened and my prescription appeared. I think its unfair to lie to patients. I would have felt better if they would have sais we have it but it won’t be ready until the morning. I feel the staff and customer service need to be re evaluated and talked to about patient care. Then to get here and wait almost an hour is crazy.
