Normally good food, but not so great customer service lately. The last time I ordered from them my pizza came an hour and a half after I ordered it. The driver closed my order as "delivered" before he even showed up, and when did deliver it, my pizza was cold and broken as if it had been dropped. Mind you the pizza was a free pizza I earned via reward points. Called the manager and he said he would put the free pizza back on our account online. Just made another order today and my free pizza wasn't available. This is kinda ridiculous...Guess I'm never getting that free pizza...
