West Houston Subaru

West Houston Subaru didn't have to try very hard to be better than Gillman, but they seem to actually put forth the effort anyhow. We purchased a new vehicle in 2017 and the process was smooth. We never felt like we were being pressured and everyone at the dealership was very nice. We went to a Honda and Toyota dealership nearby first to see if we would be satisfied with a less expensive car, but the staff at those dealerships either didn't seem to care to help us (waiting around forever) or they were genuinely disinterested in their product. At West Houston Subaru, the staff really seemed to like the cars being sold there and they even helped us set up everything and make sure we understood all the features like Eyesight and lane assist.
