I've read some negative comments about this property and I've read some good ones. I will say this. I use to work in the apartment industry. Sometimes you're a psychiatrist, mother, father, psychologist, baby sitter, etc, etc, etc. You can't please everyone. And talk about the staff being rude? If some of you knew the pressures put on them by corporate and some of the rudeness you endure from residents, you'd understand. It's not easy working in that industry. I've had my tires slashed, people knocking on my door AFTER hours threatening me Simply because I did my job by putting a 3-day notice on their door because they didn't pay rent. I'd have people knock on my door at 3am because they got into a fight with someone and blah blah blah. It CAN be hell. I worked and lived on site twice on two different properties I worked at. NEVER AGAIN did I do that. Just thought I'd let everyone know it's Not an easy job. And I never was a manager, I was an assistant manager. I recently spoke to a lady named Kathy about the property because I plan on moving there. She was nothing But nice. Very helpful, answered every question I had and was very pleasant and patient about it. I still plan on trying to move there just don't know if I can wait that long since there is a waiting list. So, ease up a little people.
