This was by far the worst experience in an oil change that I have ever had. I should have known that it wasn’t going to go well when I pulled up to enter the stall and the technician was outside smoking and got agitated because he had to put out his cigarette in order to help me with service. The most disappointing thing is that they lied about the service I received. I did not get windshield washer fluid as stated on the invoice nor did they check the tires as stated on the invoice as well. The Technician that was on the topside was Dustin and he was babysitting his young daughter while he was working. For the $69.00 I spent on an oil change it was the worst experience I have ever had in regards to customer service. I will never return to this shop for service.
