FastMed Urgent Care

I was seen at FastMed extremely quickly and with great care and concern. We just moved into the area from out of state and my insurance had become effective 1 day before, but my insurance card had not arrived. The staff not only located the pertinent information (something that my in-network facility was not able to do), but they printed out cards for me to use until my permanent ones arrived. The doctor listened, engaged in direct eye contact and gave me choices about my care rather than making decisions for me.

Took my son in for what I thought would be a quick check and prescription. Within 15 minutes they found something different and sent us to Dell Children's where we spent 3 days and now have a lifelong autoimmune diagnosis! Where many are misdiagnosed for a while, they noticed something immediately. They even called a few days later to check on my son! Excellent service and literally a life saver!
