Altig Optical

I have been a patient of Dr. Altig since 1990, and I have driven as far a 3 hours to come up to see him. He is always caring, knowledgeable, and we love to talk college football! The staff is great, and they really do care about me and my concerns. They are great!

Horrible customer service. Waited over 3 weeks for my glasses. They were just sitting at the lab. Every time I called they said they would call back but didn't. Once I went to pick my glasses up it was awful. I was watching them and they were goofing off. They were dealing with getting the trash out instead of getting my glasses ready. I got there at 5 and finally left at 6. The receptionist even noticed how long I had been sitting there waiting. Once the lady finally brought them out she did not even ask me to see if I could see out of them or anything. I would not recommend this place at all. She did not ask me to read anything to see if I could see out of them. They should have offered me my money back. Your eyes are very important and I should have been treated differently.
