Totally Clipped The House Of Hair

The services we received were excellent. I would give “0” stars if I could. We won’t be returning because it is not a family atmosphere and i was bullied by the employees. Towards the end of the time we spent there, They were playing music about “busting nuts”, lots of cuss words, doing drugs- I had my kids in there with me cuz they got a cut, too. I asked them to turn it off and it wasn’t well received. They were saying things in Spanish- understood quite well. I don’t speak fluently but understand a lot. The stylist who chose the music got upset and told the girl doing my eyebrows to make sure the wax was f-ing hot then was making gestures at me saying “WAX WAX WAX”. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES were laughing at him. They thought he was funny. Not going back again. Haircuts were great but all else was a huge thumbs down. BULLIES ARE HERE. I would NEVER go here if I were anyone else- there’s nothing that can be done to right this situation.
