Absolutely the WORST customer service. They ask you to come in to the office to do anything I mean whats the point of even having a phone number? Tried to cancel my policy over the phone, they wouldn't do it, asked me to come in to the office but I couldn't go to the office because I SOLD MY CAR which is why I don't need the insurance anymore. Not to mention they also added coverage ( I just needed liability to be legal, they added uninsured motorist and personal injury without my knowledge). I did not request and declined those when I bought the policy. I never received my proof of insurance cards in the mail like they said they were going to send (surprise surprise they asked me to come in to the office and they would print them out). This office is a complete joke. Car insurance shouldn't be this complicated. I will use different agents from now on, and if I cant I will use a different company. Zero stars.
