MetroPCS Authorized Dealer

I went in after buying a brand new phone from them a few weeks ago it just wont come on. The lady there did not know what she was doing. Did not give me right number to call to get a replacement she said she would talk to her boss and call me but no response. There happy when there taken that money to get a phone but not helpful. They need someone that knows what they are doing. Not just a salesman
