Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas W - I-30 Cockrell Hill

Me my mom and my sister rented hotel rooms here on (03/19/18) and i'm not satisfied.The hotel is in a good location but.... when I first opened the door I noticed a stain on the floor. Next I went to turn on the A/C and the curtains are stained brown along with the curtains in my sisters room. The couches in both rooms have white stains on them. It's also noisy, I can hear the upstairs neighbors walking as I right this review.
