It was horrible. I thought that I was a second class citizen. I had to prove myself above and beyond. First, they asked for a warranty deed from my ex spouse. I provided that. Then, they followed up with a request to speak to her. This was all new to me. So, I reached out to my attorney and explained to him what was transpiring over the sale of my property. I had the opportunity to contact other title companies and ask was this a common practice. All said, " No". It is so unfortunate that a federal law enforcement is treated so terribly. Please beware of this company.
