I tried to give them multiple opportunities. That's over. Tire shine is spotty and doesn't cover the tire completely, windshield is ALWAYS streaky and cloudy after they "clean" it, for The Works package, they are supposed to add a protectant to the interior and it was so spotty! So many places weren't covered at all and my console wasn't even wiped down. Exterior was still dirty and door jams were not wiped out. Dog hair still in all the floor mats. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
