I just moved to Houston and I was trying to find a vet for my pet. I walked in and the lady in front asked me 4 times what my name was.. She seemed very out of it and didn't really care. Then while waiting upfront with my pet.. I saw her put her shoes on And come around to come get me. The vet wasn't really nice or friendly.. He didn't interduce himself to me or ask me any questions about my cat. He just didn't care.. I told him I was afraid my cat had flees and that he wasn't eating very well. He told me it was normal.. Then checked his fur for a second and that was it. I walked out and the lady Charged me 60$ for the visit.. I gave her 55$ cash and wanted to put the rest on my card.. She swiped my card for 66$ and took my cash. Then when I asked for my receipt.. she claimed that she voided it but she's out of paper and she can't give it to me. I believed her.. Turns out It wasn't voided when I checked my bank account few days later. It was a terrible experience and an awful unprofessional staff.. I highly recommend for you to go somewhere else!!!
