They have a very hard time keeping employees for some reason. I bank there and am pleased for the most part. I do wish they had a receptionist to answer questions and the telephone. They DO NOT answer the phone, they only return calls and it is sometimes a long wait. It is easier to drive 14 miles and wait in line sometimes for only one teller on duty.
