Excellent customer service and best pricing for Hunter Douglas in the Houston Area. Mr. Petter was our designer who was fantastic and provided the best customer support and service ever. I asked for 5-10 quotes and changed them at all times and he was always nice and courteous(I recognize I can be a peeckie customer).
In addition I had an issue with Hunter Douglas because of the product they sent was not as expected and the owner "Martina" came to my house to see what the problem was and she called and worked with HD directly and fixed the problem (She is amazing!).
It's been 2 years with my beautiful shades and worth each penny spent.
We did shutters, blinds, and shades in all the house with W of O and all the products received are great and I receive complements about my shades at all times ( they really make a difference).
If I ever move I will definitely work with them again.
