Westwood Apartments

This is the worse place I ever moved into. I never moved into a place that's already infested with roaches and rodents. They've sent the pest control out 4 times since I originally suppose to have moved in in February. I actually didn't move in until March due to the roaches. No manager should ever have the nerves to let a tenant move into an apartment like this one. This apartment has so many cracks, holes, old cabinets, bathtub that's been painted, dirty walls and floor panel that's been covered with white paint. The whole apartment is a disaster. On my walk through sheet, it's filled with reported damages and more. The only thing that they have done was try to cover up some cracks with something that look like white out. As far as the lady review below, she is right about the outside which is cleaner than the inside of the apartments, and as far as air filters go, every apartment offer that, but as far as her saving heat due to her having a fire place that's not true because the fireplace is only there for decoration. They have you sign a form stating you will not use the fireplace. Yes they will place you in an apartment for extra deposit if you have a broken lease but if this was what i was getting into I would have took my 2300 and moved somewhere much betyer than this. Also the floors are not wood, its laminated flooring thats woodlike design. The only staff thats pleasant and seem to care but can't anything because of her position is the young lady with the glasses. I been fight roaches since before I moved in along with other problems. I can't even furnish my apartment nor eat in my apartment due to the infestation. It's sad but true. The only thing good about living here is that it's very convenient to shopping and eatery. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. If i could give it a triple zero star, I would. They do not care about the inside of these apartments.
