Waffle House

Entered at 4:30 am and Resturaunt was spotlessly clean. Only 1 other customer at the time. Waitress/cook promptly took my order, WASHED HANDS & PUT ON GLOVES, and prepared my meal as ordered. Then the actual cook returned from back room and WASHED HANDS & PUT ON GLOVES. This impressed me to no end as I have been in other Waffle Houses where cooks never washed or gloved even after touching raw meats. The waitress, I neglected to get her name, was courteous, charming, and extremely efficient while maintaining a very professional demeanor. The cleanliness alone were enough to encourage me to return again and I can assure you that I will do just that and encourage others to eat there as well.
