I walked in one morning looking for a charger for my phone, and the gentleman over the counter pulled up my account and saw that I was paying to much for my grandfathered unlimited plan. The rep helped me realize that my plan needed to be changed but I was too hard headed to get rid of my unlimited plan until he had told me that Verizon had brought back unlimited with all the 4G data I could use without any throttling. Stephen helped me save almost half of what I used to pay I'm happy to have walked into the store with knowledgeable reps. Thank you.
