Verizon

The sales manager seemed like he knew everything, but really he didn't know anything. Told me there where gonna be no new up and coming phones this year when I knew there was. Didn't want to take the time to inform me of my question and blowing me off cause I said I was searching to buy 2 brand new phones but had to wait a month. He couldn't tell me much about any spec, it was kind of embarrassing for Verizon to have a sales manager that knew so little. Makes me wonder what else they don't pay attention to. Really made me want to change cell phone providers and I've been with Verizon for 10 years
