Urology San Antonio (Stone Oak)

I have multiple years experience with the Stone Oak clinic. I've found appointments have been consistently within 5-10 minutes of scheduled time. If labs or radiology are necessary, they are scheduled timely so the results are available to my physician (John Case) and I get a detailed explanation of the results. I have also been seen by others on the team there, and all are very knowledgeable., and cordial. This clinic is in a new facility (about a year old) and waiting room facilities are very nice. Check in is automated, and really works well. The first folks you see are the administrative staff. They all act as though they are always having a great day! (thank you) Parking is OK, but soon to be better, since an entry sign indicates they have already purchased a parcel on which to develop more parking for staff, which will free up more front end parking for patients. This was a little lengthy, but when one finds something that really works well year after year - others need to know about it.
