On Friday night the UPS driver decided nobody lived at my new home and didn't leave the package I need urgently. I saw this had occurred about 12 minutes after the fact by checking online tracking. I called the UPS 800 number immediately and was told they would start a case. An hour or so later someone called and said the package would be delivered to me at my home on Monday. But on Saturday I tracked the package again and an update stated the package was at a UPS store. The tracking page even gave the address and phone number but my package never made it there either. In fact, they told me the package was at the UPS customer service center on Lyons Avenue. Guess what? They hunted for an hour and a half there on Lyons Avenue until they locked the doors and never found the package. Further, no less than three other unfortunate souls also learned their packages were lost during the time I was there. Finally, the urchin who was "helping" us chased me out the door to get the last word after I told her I was tired of her wasting my time. What a pathetic unprofessional den of slovenliness.
