UPS CC - PORT ARTHUR

They attempt to deliver shipments without knocking--I hear the truck and by the time I make it across my house (to NO knock), they leave a slip and drive off--and this happens ALL THE TIME. The fact of the matter is that they don't want you to answer because then they get to rush to the next stop, look quicker on paper, and get done with their route sooner. I've left PLEASE KNOCK HARD signs on my front door, and they never do. Resorted to just waiting outside eventually. And if you try to arrange a pickup--oh my. Gotta come in at 7:30pm, and if you don't, they will basically lose your package. Been calling ever since I couldn't pick up the package at 7:30pm one day last week and when I called to reschedule, they didn't even know where it is. Finally checked myself--Proctor location. Called back. Told me to come down for pickup. Closed from 10:45-4!! Ironic that they're closed for the same window of time they give customers to stay home, as if they're not a business and as if we don't work? Long story short, this is NOT my first time waiting around, playing phone tag to retrieve my package after it's been in SETX for a week or more. This was just the last straw. FedEx or USPS from now on.
