Customer service is terrible here. The little old lady with tons of make up at the front, she was very nice to the two Caucasian people she was helping in front of me. When it was my turn, she turned cold and short. I was just picking up a package, I’m very polite in nature and I did smile and was kind to her even though I didn’t get the same in return. She called me a “smart ass” as she walked away. I did confront her about this when she walked back up. They ended up not having my package which is not the problem. The issue is the rude customer service I just experienced!! Unacceptable! I hope to never have to visit this location again!
