I've been a member for over a year, and I cannot say enough positives about the owners and their mission and vision. It's not fair to describe this business as a gym because it's more than that, it's a family. This gym not only does an exemplary job of helping people improve their quality of life through functional fitness but embodies what I love about Argyle. This gym is about building our community, building relationships with your neighbor's, and strengthing yourself emotionally and physically.
