Ulta Beauty

Went to the Ulta salon and showed the picture of the balayage and this is what I came out with. My hair was highlighted instead and went from black to white in one visit. I have learned that it was over processed. And it doesn't even look close to the picture. My hair feels like straw and very coarse now. When I talked to the manager Oscar about it...he told me nothing was wrong with my hair that it was already course hair. Wow. Since I have an undercut. I still have parts with my natural hair and it like night and day. I told him how my scalp was feeling like it was burned and he told me that I must be allergic to the toner. When I questioned him about the overall look of it and how far it is from the picture. He got loud and rude with me and offer to give me half of my money back. He was very very rude and continuely tried to insult my intelligence. he behaved like a bully. He never tried to address the issues of correcting the situation. Offering to give me back my money does address the issue of my badly damages hair.
