My husband took our son for vaccines today. Their office only had 2 out of 4 vaccines needed and decided to bill this to our insurance as a physical and send them to another place for the remaining two shots needed. The second place was unable to give the needed shots without us paying out of pocket as Julie Traynhams office billed already. After speaking with Karen and being rudely hung up on, I will be reporting this to my insurance group and recommend that anyone going here make sure they have everything needed before walking in to an exam room and giving them your insurance information. This doctors office is clearly in business for the $$$ and not concerned with patient care. We will not be returning and will be warning others. Monty Morris in Justin is far better. I wish we would've gone there today instead.
