If you're looking for a tobacco shop with a selection, quality customer service, tobacco knowledge, or understands basic cleanliness keep on looking. I've been there twice and neither time have they either had what I was looking for, provided me with even mediocre customer service and the place is dirty. I typically don't write reviews but with tobacco being as taboo as it is becoming quality is paramount. The young man behind the counter was kind enough to get off the computer as soon as I walked in the room, but he was unknowledgeable, provided me with the wrong product, and burped in my face at the register (we all burp most of us cover our mouths). If I was 19 or 20 maybe I'd find this acceptable but this is a tobacco shop with poor inventory and poor service..... I'll drive farther next time.
