This place has some of the worst customer service. Jim the manager handled our order with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 panes if acrylic for a book case. During delivery the acrylic was bowing. I would not accept the delivery and Jim and his staff still tried to charge me for the acrylic. The staff and Jim made accusations that they told me, which was a complete lie. Then the corporate office became involved. And the 1290.61 was refunded, but was re billed again when replacement glass was ordered, so I was charged a total of 1734 for plastic that bowed and the replacement glass. I don't know a business that would fraudulently Bill a customer like this company has
