Good service very friendly and good ice cream

This is by far my favorite froyo place in DFW. However, just like tonight, I went 45 min before close and they had all of the ‘condiments’ put up. 3 weeks ago we drove from 40 miles away and it was a few hours before close, one girl was sweeping behind the counter with ear buds in and another in the back, neither spoke to us or acknowledged our existence. When getting the yogurt, what should have been white chocolate/ strawberry came out an icy brown color. We waiting and tried to get their attention to ask and neither would respond. While standing at the counter I noticed all of The cake bins were also empty, and there were only 2 machines with the flavor ‘tag’ paper. At this point it would seem more effective to save the utility, rent, and wages rather than running a store who not only never greet or assist, but to also never have the products out/available. While this is only the past 2 experiences, we have gone to this store at least twice a month for 3 years, each instance during 2017 was terrible, and is why Ive finally decided to write this. Rude, non responsive, non greeting employees, broken machines, flavors coming out different colors and smelling strange... I had once wondered why the place has been so empty lately- nevermind- I know now.
