I've been into this store a handful of times and it's easy to say that almost all the times I've been paired with an associate, it has been Tyree.
Usually, I go in to pay a bill and he's always helped me to his full potential, taking the extra step to fulfill my needs. As an Apple employee, I'd say it's a little harder to learn great customer service, but it is achievable. However, it's no doubt Tyree holds this skill as second nature.
