I stopped in after work today to ask some questions about the process to do a hard reset on my phone, the SD micro-card, etc., and the young girl who greeted me was extremely rude. She did not let me finish my questions and kept interrupting me with a 'no, I don't mess with that' each time I'd try to ask her something. She was very unprofessional and fails to remember that the CUSTOMERS are who provide her with her paycheck. I will not visit this store again as it has gone nowhere but down the tubes over the last couple of years since all of the crew who were well-trained and knew what they were doing left. I am extremely disappointed in this store and the staff.
