I usually don't gripe, but I think maybe there needs to be a change made here. I just wanted to buy a pocksocket. That's it. I waited 40 minutes so that an available employee could check me out. I know that they are wanting to give each customer their full attention, but maybe allowing the person that takes down names at the door to have the ability to check people out would help with the wait time in situations like this.
