AT&T

Jacob, the sales associate here, was the least helpful and had no customer service skills what so ever. He made me feel incompetent and belittled for a situation that was easily fixable. Luckily the AT&T store at the Parks mall was nearby and able to help. He really needs to learn his products and services and take a course on proper customer service. If I could give no stars, I would.

Great customer service! They helped me with an issue that Best Buy who sold me the phone couldn’t resolve, they gladly took care of the issue and helped me all the way!
