STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone at this store including the General Manager should be fired! These guys will screw up your order, lie to you , promise to call you back and never follow up. They never take ownership of their screw ups and they really just don't care about customers, at all. I have been dealing with this store for 1 year trying to get credits they owe me for a promotion back in 2016. For one year they have been feeding me lies after lies after lies. Whenever you call and ask to speak to the manager they will tell you things like " I am not sure when he will be in" or " he should be in on Monday". How in the hell do you not know your manager's schedule!?? Do yourself a favor and go to an actual AT&T store where you can get help when you need it. This third party retailer is a scam and as one customer below stated should be closed down!!
