I've been going to Supercuts for quite a while and never had an issue but I went twice within the last 2 weeks in the afternoon for a simple haircut and waited 30 minutes but never was able to get my haircut because I had another appointment within 30 minutes and it didn't seem like I would ever be served. There were not many people in front of me (only 1 or two). The issue seems to be they only have one person working in the weekday afternoons and if you get someone in front of you that has a complicated cut you will wait a long time. If they had at least two people working it would have been fine. Also, it would have been nice if they had mentioned how long the wait would be when I signed in. I guess I'll have to try procuts.
