Office staff is extremely rude!! Tried 3 days to get paperwork filled and when they did it was filled in wrong. Then when we asked for them to correct it they literally said, "you guys again we're not going to fill out anything again". This is for services for a disabled paralyzed person. I have no idea how these people are still running.
