A friend of mine got screwed out by $40 dollars. The reason? She had an appointment to remove her wisdom teeth and the made her pay before seeing the dentist. Turns out the dentist can't do the procedure and she now has to go to a specialist to do an actual surgery. $40 just to go in and see the dentist and get nothing done. What a ripoff!
