Very disappointed with experience. The lady "Wendy" who cut my hair does not know how to cut hair. I ended up choosing basic haircut which is different from what i had wanted. She should have offered someone else to cut my hair if she did not know how to. She had not customer engagement at all. She did not offer any other services at all

I went with my 11 year old, we had excellent service, it was fully staffed so we did not wait at all to get our haircuts. Very friendly staff and very satisfied with how we were treated. We comming back for our next haircut.
