Specialized Property Management Ft. Worth

This is the first time I have used a management company for one of my rentals. A family member that uses Specialized referred them to me to try. I have been really impressed with the amount of detail and work they do to access the property, let you know needs to be done and to make sure you are meeting all the rental requirements and codes and the screening process they have in place to find qualified renters for your property. Everyone one at Specialized has been wonderful to work with. They actually found a renter for our house and I have been very pleased with all they do and have done.
